I am honoured to be one of the 2400 who will form a part of Anthony Gormley's ‘One and Other’ project in 2009. I will be reading work by friends and peers by way of thanking them and representing the intellectual and personal journey which has led to the event of, in addition, reading my own work in one of the world's great public spaces.
